Provision to third parties

We may provide the information you provide to us to third parties as necessary. We naturally make the necessary arrangements with these parties (processors) to ensure the security of your personal data. The relevant third party retains this data only as long as necessary to provide their service. We will never provide and or sell the information you provide to other parties unless required by law. An example of this is in the context of a police investigation, when they request (personal) data from us. In such a case, we should cooperate and are therefore obliged to hand over this data. Retention period

Records will be kept as long as the client-contractor relationship exists. After this, data will be archived and kept for a maximum of 7 years to ensure that when the relationship is renewed, not all data will have to be requested again. The period of 7 years is also the same as the period that business records must be kept for tax purposes. This includes both the all personal data, special data and bank data.

Security

We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unlawful processing, for example, we have taken the following measures;
